The current coronavirus situation is new and quite challenging for all of us. In this moment, we at ODLO are committed to keeping our customers and employees safe while still offering the best possible service.

We will keep you posted if anything new comes up or if the situation changes. For people like you and us, who love doing sports in the outdoors, it is not easy to stay at home. Nevertheless, the health of the larger population is now our priority. Together, we can do this. DELIVERY INFORMATION:

France: Due to closing of La Poste Colissimo network on Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesdays, deliveries to France can be delayed up to 7 days. Your package will only be delivered on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

France: Due to closing of La Poste Colissimo network from 28.03 until 1.04, deliveries to France can be delayed up to 7 days.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Switzerland, France and Austria: Due to decreases in our carriers activities in Switzerland, France and Austria, please expect delays (2 to 3 days) for deliveries to these countries.

Exceptional times call for special measures, and there are a few important things that we would like to let you know:

  • ONLINE SHOP: The web-shop is open 24-7 for reading interesting blog articles, learning about ODLO's new technologies and shopping our latest products.

  • DELIVERY INFORMATION: We are currently able to deliver to all countries, with possible delays due to border closings and different situation within the countries.

  • RETURN WINDOW: In the case that you need to return a product, we have extended our return window to 60 days (instead of the initial 30 days) to allow for any shipping delays.

  • RETAIL STORES: All ODLO Brand Stores and Outlets are closed until further notice. In this situation, it is absolutely the right thing to do for our employees and our community. We will be happy to inform you once we open our shops again.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Our service team is working from home but is still available and happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. For all enquiries please email customerservice@odlo.com.
