    The nordic ski season peaks as ODLO-sponsored teams gear up for championship events later this month

    Several athletes from the ODLO-sponsored French, Swiss and Norwegian ski federations sit poised to podium at the upcoming biathlon and cross-country World Championships scheduled in February.

    Starting in Slovenia, speed, accuracy, and athleticism will be on display in the Julian Alps during the biathlon world championships on February 9-21. Days later, competition shifts to Oberstdorf, Germany, where the world championships in ski jumping, cross-country and Nordic combined will be decided from February 22 to the 7 March 2021.

    At both events, ODLO-sponsored ski federations will ply their craft, as teams from around the world attempt to medal. (ODLO currently sponsors the French, Swiss and Norwegian biathlon teams and the French and Swiss Nordic athletes).

    Performance-driven 

    This month, coinciding with an increase in cross-country popularity and the championship events, ODLO will feature commentary from the French ski teams on performance, layering, and training in conversation with athletes and coaches. An exciting calendar, for sure.
