APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
We welcome complete and clearly laid out application documents. We believe that a complete application dossier should include the following documents:
- Letter of application
- CV
- Employer references in chronological order
- Diplomas and certificates
APPLICATION LANGUAGE
Application dossiers should be submitted in the same language as the job advertisement.
SELECTION PROCESS
As a first step, we check all applications very carefully. Provided that your previous experience meets the requirements of the specific position, we would be delighted to schedule a video interview with the Hiring Manager – the second step. The objective of this interview is to provide you with a comprehensive picture of your potential new position and working environment, while at the same time giving us a first impression of you. As a next step, another interview will be conducted on-site, during which you will have the opportunity to find out more about the position and our company, while also getting to know other team members and employees. Depending on the role, we conduct case studies (solving of specific problems from the specialist field) or check references from your previous employees.
