The Zeroweight Chill-Tec cycling jersey is an ultra-lightweight, breathable performance jersey made entirely from recycled yarns. The back is crafted from ODLO’s Chill-Tec fabric, which actively moves hot air away from the skin while the front is constructed from a stretch knit, which delivers a precise fit. The jersey is finished with ZeroScent - a bio-based antimicrobial treatment that minimises odours, even during long efforts in the summer sun. Other features include three rear pockets, a full zip for comfortable climbs, reflective detailing for added visibility in low light and an elastic hem gripper to keep the jersey in place. The Zeroweight seamless cycling base layer is the ultimate in base layer construction, delivering comfort and cooling performance even on the warmest of summer rides. Exceptionally lightweight, this seamless base layer is crafted from fully recycled technical yarns and body mapped with strategic mesh zones where sweat gathers most to provide maximum breathability and cool comfort. Like the Chill-Tec jersey, the base layer is finished with ODLO’s ZeroScent technology to limit bacteria build-up and odours while a precise fit ensures it sits perfectly under a jersey. Available for both men and women in black or white, this is a summer cycling essential. 

Crafted for fit and functionality

New for 2023 are the Zeroweight cargo bib shorts – lightweight, high performance bib shorts that deliver practical storage via integrated cargo pockets for easy to access snacks, as well rear pockets for spare tubes or tire levers. Crafted from more than 90 per cent recycled materials, the high stretch mesh fabric delivers breathability and freedom of movement, while ODLO’s highest level of gender specific Elastic Interface padding ensures all day comfort. Complete with integrated silicone gripper tape, these shorts are made for those that push the pace. Available for men and women, the women’s design also features a rear zip for easier nature breaks.
