QUESTIONS ON PAYMENT
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES ODLO OFFER?
Odlo accepts the following methods of payment:
• Visa • Mastercard • American Express, not possible until end of January • PayPal • iDEAL & Invoice (only for The Netherlands)
Payment will only be performed if you authorise the relevant credit card company or PayPal to do so. If payment is rejected, Odlo reserves the right to cancel the order and halt dispatch of the products. In this case, you will be contacted by Odlo as soon as possible.
WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?
After payment for the order, this is verified by our payment portal Adyen and accepted by the bank. Once this process has been concluded without any issues, the amount will be charged to your credit card immediately (except debit cards).
WHERE DO I FIND THE INVOICE FOR THE ORDER?
You receive the delivery note with the delivery. To locate the invoice, you can log on to your customer account. You will be directed directly to the order summary. Then click the blue button ‘View order’. There you find a button marked ‘Invoices’, where you can print out the invoice in question.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN?
If you send something back for a refund, the amount will be refunded to your account (Visa, PayPal etc.) within 30 days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT IS REFUSED?
If your payment is refused, first check whether all credit card details are correct. If it still doesn’t work, please contact your credit card company or our customer service team.
IS THE DATA SECURE DURING THE PAYMENT TRANSACTION?
During the ordering process, the data is encrypted via SSL protocol and transmitted to our partner Adyen. You hereby agree that this data for completing the order is transmitted to an Adyen company (head office in the Netherlands, branches in the USA, Brazil, Singapore, etc.).
