Track your order
If the tracking link shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please send us an email.
Please send us an email at customerservice@odlo.com with the following information:
- Close up picture of damage incl. description
- Order number if bought online or purchase location if bought in store
- 6-digit product number, 5-digit color number, size (can be found on the side label on the inside)
