SHIPPING & DELIVERY


If you order until 11:00 (CET), we will ship your order on the same day (except weekends and public holidays). We ship with Swiss Post and the delivery takes two to three business days.

Odlo does its utmost to meet the stated delivery times. However, Odlo is not liable for any delivery delay, irrespective of the causes.


We deliver free of shipping costs within Switzerland.


The minimum order value is 20 CHF.


On this website you can order products for delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. On our other webshops you can place orders for the following countries:

  •     – Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands

  •     – United Kingdom

As soon as the order has left the ODLO warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from us by e-mail. Live tracking allows you to track your package online at any time. Note: It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be visible via the parcel delivery service.

If a status remains unchanged for a longer period of time or the package has not been delivered within the specified period, please contact Swiss Post directly or us (customerservice@odlo.com) (stating the tracking number).


If you are not at home when Swiss Post delivers your parcel, you will receive a collection invitation. Collect it from your local post office within the specified time or choose an alternative that suits you.

Note: The parcel cannot be collected from the post office until the following day.


Once your order is complete and paid for, it goes to our warehouse system. At that point it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes to the order.

So, before completing your order, we recommend that you recheck the shipping address and articles (size and colour).


RETURNS

PICK@HOME

Odlo kindly offers you free return thanks to the Pick@Home service from Schweizer Post. Thanks to this service, you don’t even have to go to the post office to send your package, the post will directly come to your house.

What do I have to do to return my package?

  1.     1. Fill out the return form which came with your Odlo order:
            Make sure to indicate articles that you want to return and add the reasons for return.
  2.     2. Put the filled-out form inside the original package
  3.     3. Click on the following link and fill out the form. This aims to inform the Schweizer Post
            that there will be a package waiting for them at your home. Make sure to provide as
            much information as you can regarding the pick-up location and to select the right pick-up
            place option (left in mailbox / handed in person / left by the door).

            Important to know: You don’t have to print anything, the postman will bring the label himself.
  4.     Post Retoure

  5.     4. Leave the package in the compartment of your mailbox or at your door.
            We recommend to cross out the initial shipping label and to put a sticky note “For Odlo”
            on the package to make the postman work easier!
  6.     5. Just wait until your package gets picked-up by the postman!

You will finally receive an email from us when your return has been received at our warehouse.

What do I have to do to return my package?

  1.     1. Fill out the return form which came with your Odlo order:

  3.     3. Return the package with the carrier of your choice. We recommend to keep the tracking number.
  4. You will finally receive an email from us when your return has been received at our warehouse.


Direct exchange of a returned item is unfortunately not possible. As soon as we have received and checked the package you returned, we will refund the corresponding amount through the payment method you used when ordering. If you want to receive the item in another size/color, you will have to place a new order.
