HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ship with DPD with delivery in 3-5 business days. Odlo does its utmost to meet the stated delivery time. However, Odlo is not liable for any delivery delays, regardless of the cause. Please note that many of our logistics partners and postal services are working at their absolute capacity maximum due to COVID-19 and the increased package volume in all of Europe and the delivery may take longer than the previously estimated number of days.

No problem, you can return the items free of charge within 60 days. We have extended our return window from initial 30 days to 60 days to allow for any shipping delays due to the current situation. We take over the return costs!
