I've seen a product on 30% off today. Can you please tell me if this article is offered at a higher discount later in the week?

During cyber week, we adjust discounts automatically based on stock availability and can therefore not provide any information on the percentage of discount a style will have at any given day. The discount will never be decreased, but whether it will be increase or stay the same is unknown in advance.

How long after cyber week can I exchange a product?

Direct exchanges are not possible. You can, however, return the product within 60 days for a full refund and, if stock is available, order the article in a different size/color.

How long are the shipping times during cyber week?

Generally, shipping times stay within the estimated window indicated during the check-out process, but due to the extremely high volume of packages, it is likely to be closer towards the upper limit than the lower one.

I saw an article on the overview on 50% discount, but when I clicked on it to choose the size and color to put it in the basket, the discount was gone. Can you please give me a 50% voucher?

All ODLO discounts are given on color level and not on style level. It is therefore possible that some colors of the same article are on sale and others are not.

An article was on sale, but when I clicked on my size, the discount disappeared. Why are you discounting some sizes, but not other sizes?

If an article is on sale, all sizes are on sale. In rare occasions, errors in the display can occur. Please send us a screenshot with the style in question to customerservice@odlo.com and we’ll investigate the issue.

I found a product cheaper in an Odlo store/on a different website. Can you please refund me the difference?

We do not price match as the discounts given by other entities are up to their discretion and not necessarily aligned with odlo.com.

When does your cyber week start and when does it end?

The ODLO cyber week starts on Sunday, November 21st and ends on Cyber Monday, November 29th. You’ll find a variety of great deals throughout this period!

Can you send me an overview or catalogue of all products on sale during cyber week, Black Friday?

Discounts and the selection of products can change during cyber week. Offers are valid as they are displayed on odlo.com at the time of your purchase, a holistic overview across all styles does not exist.

Are you offering limited deals, either regarding time or quantity?

There are no limited offers by default, but it is certainly possible that a style sells out during cyber week and is therefore no longer available on odlo.com in the desired size or color.
