The layering principle 2.0: How @marlenesleben defies the winter cold with I-Thermic
The beautiful autumn season is coming to a definite end, winter is just around the corner and the ski slopes are eagerly waiting for the first snow-hungry winter sports enthusiasts. It’s time for a breathtaking, active trip to the mountains for some crisp, fresh air. Content creator Marlene @marlenesleben is testing how it feels to experience the first cool winter days, wrapped in warmth, with her new I-Thermic midlayer.

Marlene likes the snow, but the cold is not her thing! Seeing as she frequently stays in the mountains, where the weather conditions can change quickly and are often unpredictable, Marlene needs to be sure that she can stay warm, even in higher altitudes. So far, she has done quite well using the simple layering principle. The classic undershirt beneath all the other layers, to keep the kidneys warm, is an absolute must for Marlene. This allows me to regulate the heat supply in detail.” When asked what Marlene would improve about the I-Thermic, she answered: “I would offer various color combinations and the possibility to regulate the heat hands-free, for example, through the volume buttons – this would be really practical!”
