I am using it for cross country skiing and I am a bitt cold in it from the back side, even though I have merino bottom under. Have to say that I am begginer, so probably somebody faster would be warm in it. And also size S for me is a bitt tight. (Im 176 tall). Quality of this item is great! It has side zip so you can put in on easily.
