ODLO celebrates Engadin Skimarathon partnership with exclusive cross-country ski collection

(Nov 23rd, Hünenberg, CH) – ODLO, the Swiss-based performance apparel brand, has released a limited-edition Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski collection that celebrates their long-standing sponsorship of the world’s second largest cross-country skiing event.

Now in its 54th edition, the Engadin Skimarathon attracts over 14,000 cross-country skiers from over 60 nations to the beautiful landscape of the Grisons high valley every March – a week highlighted by the infamous 42km ‘Engadiner.’

With Nordic sports in its DNA for over 75 years, ODLO is proud to sponsor this iconic cross-country skiing event for the 9th consecutive year, empowering the events’ organising committee and over 1,200 dedicated volunteers with its high-performance apparel.

Elevating the cross-country experience

The limited-edition ODLO Engadin Skimarathon collection has been precision crafted for high-performance cross-country training and racing. All pieces feature an exclusive Engadin Skimarathon design to celebrate this pinnacle event in the cross-country ski calendar.

In a true racing style, there’s the:

• XC race top and bottom – constructed from a super lightweight and stretchy material, these slim fitting pieces deliver high abrasion resistance, durability and unlimited range of motion.
• XC pro vest – provides additional protection without compromising freedom of movement. Features reflective details for added visibility in fading light.

Providing a more athletic fit, the:

• XC performance jacket and pants - combine a warm softshell fabric on the front with a stretch jersey on the back to deliver excellent freedom of movement. Non-slip waistbands and hems guarantee they stay in place during high-intensity efforts.

Engadin Skimarathon

The Engadin Skimarathon is the largest cross-country skiing event in Switzerland and the second largest in the world. Since 1969, thousands of participants have run the marathon route from Maloja to S-chanf on the second Sunday in March. The Engadin Half Marathon, the Engadin Women's Race, the Engadin Night Race and the Engadin Skimarathon – individual complete the marathon week.
