Selection process
As a first step, we check all applications very carefully. Provided that your previous experience meets the requirements of the specific position, we would be delighted to schedule a video interview with the Hiring Manager – the second step. The objective of this interview is to provide you with a comprehensive picture of your potential new position and working environment, while at the same time giving us a first impression of you. As a next step, another interview will be conducted on-site, during which you will have the opportunity to find out more about the position and our company, while also getting to know other team members and employees. Depending on the role, we conduct case studies (solving of specific problems from the specialist field) or check references from your previous employees.

Your Apprenticeship at Odlo
Apprenticeships at Odlo offer an ideal entry point to a successful career. We place great value on the promotion of new talent and offer young trainees well-founded, exciting and diverse basic training, within a well-structured environment. Our training staff possess sound technical knowledge, extensive experience and a great deal of patience. Trainees are provided with extensive support with their learning and practical experience, with both internal and external measures such as training plans, remedial courses and individual consultation.

The goal of our apprenticeship concept is to train capable and motivated professionals who enjoy their work, and who we can employ at Odlo for a long time to come.
What do we offer?
The apprentices will be closely supervised by occupational trainers and will benefit from the chance to work alongside experienced professionals. Furthermore, an individual learning plan will be drawn up for each apprentice. This way we ensure that the apprentices receive an insight into every field considered important to their training, that they are well supervised and have a clear objective in sight.
