Ordering
The online shop by Odlo merely represents a sales brochure. By presenting the products on the Internet pages Odlo is merely encouraging you to submit offers that are binding on you (orders). The automatic order confirmation automatically sent by Odlo by email does not yet give rise to a contract of sale.
By transmitting an order you confirm that you have read the T&C and agree to them without reservation.
A contract of sale only comes about when Odlo ships the products.
All information relating to availability, shipping and delivery of a product is provisional information and approximate guideline values. They do not represent binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates except where such are expressly referred to as a binding date in the shipping options of the respective product.
If, when processing your order, Odlo establishes that the products you ordered are not available, we shall notify you without undue delay. In this case, a contract relating to the unavailable products shall not come about given the absence of shipment of the ordered products.
Prices and taxes
All specified prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the relevant level of statutory VAT.
The minimum order sum is 15 CHF.
You will be notified separately of shipping costs prior to dispatch of your order. These may vary depending on the required delivery speed.
Odlo reserves the right to amend prices at any time, whereby you will be charged for the products on the basis of the prices offered at the point of order.
Statutory right to cancel and 30 days voluntary right to return
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Odlo Trading AG, Bösch 47, 6331 Hünenberg, Switzerland, customerservice@odlo.com, Telefon: +41800102328) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
Online Withdrawal Function
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at our website via the button provided below. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal by email, including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

You may also use the model cancellation form described in section 3, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Independent of your statutory right to cancel, Odlo voluntarily offers you an additional right to return goods purchased in the Odlo online shop. Therefore, you may return goods without stating any reasons within 30 days from delivery, provided the goods are complete, unused and undamaged. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.
