Odlo paves the way for a more traceable future with the launch of Digital Product Passports
Starting this season, every piece we make will come with a scannable story - revealing its journey from raw fabric to finished form. It’s an important first step towards greater traceability, with more to come.

We are excited to announce that starting this season, all Odlo products will feature Digital Product Passports (DPPs). This new initiative will enable you to access detailed information about a garment's production, from fabric creation to dyeing processes, all the way through to the final product.

All Odlo garments now produced will include a QR code on the label that directs you to a digital product passport (or DPP) which includes the following information: 1. Fabric composition 2. Care instructions 3. Country where the fabric was produced 4. Country where the fabric was dyed and finished 5. Country where the garment was made 6. Percentage of recycled content To learn more about your garment, simply scan the QR code on the inside label to find out more about how it was made and its journey to you.
Taking the First Step Toward Greater Transparency and Sustainability
We know there’s much more work to be done when it comes to transparency and traceability, but we’re proud to be taking this first step. Providing our customers with insight into our product’s journey not only fosters greater transparency, but also contributes to a more sustainable future, by making it easier to reuse and recycle products as they move through their lifecycle. From a legislative perspective, France took the first step in this space but we’re keeping a close eye on evolving EU legislation on digital product passports (DPPs), which could be implemented as early as 2028 for all EU nations. While the law is still being developed, it could place further requirements on garment producers (like Odlo) to disclose more detail about the origins of our products.
