How do I measure myself correctly?

Half width tout Size guide

Men

1. Bust Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape horizontal. 2. Waist Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal. 3. Hip Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal. 4. Inseam Measure from the top of your inner leg to the bottom of your leg.

Half width tout How to measure Women

Women

1. Bust Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape horizontal. 2. Waist Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal. 3. Half width tout Size guide Bra

Sports bras

To find your correct bra size, it’s important to take measurements the right way. Always measure in a straight line, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. 1. Measure your underbust Place the measuring tape directly under your breasts, around your ribcage. Keep it level and snug (but not too tight). This gives you your underbust measurement. 2. Measure your bust Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your breasts. Make sure it’s straight and level all the way around. This gives you your bust measurement. 3. Calculate your cup size Subtract your underbust measurement from your bust measurement. Use the difference to find your cup size in the chart below. Cup size conversion chart
Difference (bust – underbust) → Cup size
 07 – 10 cm A
 10 – 13 cm B
 13 – 16 cm C
 16 – 19 cm D
 19 – 22 cm E

 Example
 Bust: 90 cm

 Underbust: 75 cm

 Difference: 15 cm
 → Cup size 75C
