Adventure doesn’t end with a tear. Request a repair and get your gear going for more. Now available also for our online customers.

Big news: we’re expanding ReWEAR Repair to our online customers! Welcome to the online repair request for France. Once your form is submitted, our trusted repair partner, Goodloop, will take care of the repair.

If you live close to our stores in France, you can access this service through the stores too. Find the nearest store

How it works

Fill out the form and our customer service team will receive your request.

Please ensure to add as much information as possible about the product and its damage on your request, so we have details on how and what repairs can be done.

Please also provide information about your purchase order, so that we can assess whether you are eligible for warranty:

  • If your item is still covered under warranty (meaning bought within the last two years), repairs and shipping are on us. Our customer service team will be in touch to provide you with a shipping label for sending the product to our repair partner Goodloop.

Check the warranty

  • For pieces outside our warranty period (more than 2 years from purchase), you can still access the same professional repair service. You simply cover the repair cost, and the shipping is on us. If you already know that your product is outside warranty, you can directly request the repair on Goodloop’s website and get a discount with the Bonus Réparation, the repair incentive program from the French Government.

Once you send the product to Goodloop, it will take around 15 business days to be repaired and then a couple of days to be returned to you. You will be regularly updated on the status. Find out more information on our Repair page.

What is the Bonus Réparation?

At Odlo, we believe in extending the life of your garments. That’s why we support the Bonus Réparation, a French government initiative that helps you repair your Odlo clothing instead of replacing it.

The Bonus Réparation is a financial discount applied directly to your repair invoice when you choose to fix eligible textile products – like jackets, base layers, or tights – through certified repair professionals, like our trusted partner Goodloop.

How does it work?

  • You request a repair for a product no longer in warranty on Goodloop’s website.

  • Goodloop applies a predefined discount that will appear in the quote before submitting the repair request. The discount depends on the type of repair (e.g., stitching, zipper replacement, patching).

  • The result? You pay less, and your favourite gear gets a second life.
