We can do more is our commitment to protect the people and places we love by focusing on the areas where we can make the greatest progress.
Sustainability is not a label or a campaign – it’s part of our heritage and built into everything we do. As an outdoor brand, we’re deeply connected to the natural world. That connection comes with responsibility: to reduce resource use, to support fairness and dignity in our value chain and to design products that last.
We don’t claim to have all the answers. But we are committed to transparency, continuous learning and progress step by step.
We’ve built our approach around three pillars:

• Advancing Textile Circularity: launched our DePoly base layer recycling project. • Greater Transparency: published our first full Sustainability Report since 2021. • Extending Product Life: rolled out our repair service across all Odlo stores. • Improving Product Transparency: introduced Digital Product Passports. • Strengthening Responsible Business: implemented Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence.
While our pillars define what we focus on, our fundamentals define how we work. They are the systems and principles that ensure our strategy is grounded in integrity and accountability.
Embedded across our business, these foundations support everything we do across Make it Fair, Choose with Care, and Close the Loop.
We believe in showing the work, not just the results. Transparency allows us to build trust, stay accountable, and create space for collaboration.
2025 is the first time since 2021 that we’ve published a full sustainability report. It’s by no means perfect, but it is a stake in the ground – a next step.
In 2024, as we were reworking our strategy, we focused on our Make it Fair pillar and published a dedicated Social Report to share progress on working conditions across our supply chain.
As members of the Fair Wear Foundation, we are audited yearly with a Brand Performance Check, a set of indicators that measure how far member companies have integrated human rights due diligence into their core business practices. You can access our latest report below.
Odlo is committed to responsible business conduct. Our Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) policy outlines our expectations for ourselves and our partners. We prioritize fair labour practices, environmental sustainability, and ethical sourcing throughout our supply chain.
We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of human rights and labor practices. To ensure this, we are committed to conducting human rights due diligence in accordance with the OECD Guidelines.
