Sports help us get in shape, but can also distort the shape of our breasts if done without a good sports bra.
Even jogging can be a high intensity effort for the breasts. That’s why wearing the right sports bra is so crucial for every woman – regardless of her size.
Prevents breast tissue damage and sagging
Reduces discomfort and distraction during exercise
Improves athletic performance and confidence
Minimizes skin irritation and chafing
Think about intensity level: different activities require different levels of support.
Soft support
Best for:
Low-impact activities like yoga, Pilates or stretching
Recommended for:

 A–C cups for low-impact movement
D+ cups only for lounge or recovery wear

 Why choose it:
Designed for total freedom of movement and a relaxed feel, soft support bras are ideal when comfort is the priority and bounce is minimal.
Medium support
Best for:
Moderate-impact sports like hiking, strength training and cycling
Recommended for:

A–C cups for most moderate activities

D–DD+ cups for lower-impact or short sessions

 Why choose it:
Built with denser, more compact materials, this level provides a great balance between comfort and control. Ideal when you need some support but still want freedom and stretch.
High support
Best for:
High-impact sports like running, HIIT, CrossFit and tennis
Recommended for:

C+ cups for any high-intensity sport

A–B cups if extra bounce control is desired

 Why choose it:
With engineered fabrics, compression and encapsulation support, and reinforced features, high support bras minimize bounce, reduce distraction, and protect breast tissue during intense movement.

How to measure

To find your correct bra size, it’s important to take measurements the right way. Always measure in a straight line, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. 1. Measure your underbust Place the measuring tape directly under your breasts, around your ribcage. Keep it level and snug (but not too tight). This gives you your underbust measurement. 2. Measure your bust Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your breasts. Make sure it’s straight and level all the way around. This gives you your bust measurement. 3. Calculate your cup size Subtract your underbust measurement from your bust measurement. Use the difference to find your cup size in the chart below. Cup size conversion chart
